  The lady at the end of the run next to the cashier was extremely rude. We are tourists from UK & have never been to Cava before - we missed ordering a pita meal further up the station. We apologised to her, but her attitude was not up to standard befitting a restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes by the cashier until she decided to finally make it.

  Normally I don’t have a memorable enough experience to comment or rate but this place was great. The food and portions were pretty decent and it seems as if management has this place running in good shape. The food was fresh and don’t seem like it was sitting there and the staff was very pleasant and professional and was very helpful in helping me make up my mind in what I should eat 😂

  Very bad service. When I wanted to order the food, I got mistaken with the name of the position I wanted to order. The cashier had a nasty look and made a rude comment literally saying “yall dont know what chu want” - smh I left immediately. This is not how you treat customers who perhaps are a bit tired and are not clear minded in the evening.

  My first time trying cava ever not so good impression at all. The food was good but the portion was terrible & service could be better. The worker making my bowl looked like he could not care less for making my bowl 😐 I asked him for a third dip & he ignored me & looked annoyed. When it was time for the dressing didnt even ask what dressing i wanted and just put the green one on there that i didnt ask for. They also had almost no protein avaliable so we all had to wait. Tell me why they look so miserable and non-chalant like they dont care just wanna rush the order quickly get it over with instead of letting me choose all my toppings properly. I was still hungry after eating my bowl not worth it 👎👎

  Service is questionable really depends when you go sometimes there friendly and helpful other times they have a bad attitude that people are coming in. They have a lot of seats but its usually busy and hard to get one. The food is good if you get it fresh but they also run out of things a lot. I went early in the morning around 1130 an hour after opening they didnt have some of the dressing and pita strips. Also didnt put points on my app when I scanned it.
