  This is my 5th time leading a school trip to New York, but our first time eating at Bubba Gump and we were pleasantly surprised. We were a group of 35 in total and often group meals aren't great due to the large number of us, but Bubba Gump was faultless. Unlike many other restaurants we have visited, the seating area was spacious and we weren't shoved down the back, which meant my students could get views of times square from their seats. After taking our orders, our servers did some quiz questions and gave away some little prizes, which was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was great and we got to see someone have happy birthday sung to them in a super cool way. Food was delicious and drinks were plentiful. A special mention goes to Harold who was one of our servers. I genuinely think he was the best server I have ever had on a NY trip. He was efficient, polite and utterly hilarious and we will definitely be back next year!

  Habitués aux Bubba Gump des que nous allons aux États Unis, nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Et une nouvelle fois ça se confirme à Time Square. Assiette de crevettes savoureuses, salade généreuse et excellente, cadre parfait. Mais ce que nous retiendrons particulièrement cette fois, c'est notre serveur Joey qui a été au petits soins toute la soirée, toujours disponible rapidement à chaque demande. Son petit quizz avant de partir n'aura toutefois pas réussi à nous faire tomber, lui prouvant ainsi que nous sommes de vrais fans de Forrest. Il a bien mérité le maximum de tip. Joey, you're the Best !

More like JAMES WWWWWWW BECAUSE THAT WAS AWESOME. james was the best server ever and was so goofy to talk to. he made sure to get everything right and he even gave me a chocolate squishy after i lost in forest gump trivia. I really think james A should get a raise or become manager because this truly was the best server i have ever had in my whole life. we even got a picture with him. the food was fast even with my group of school kids coming in and the food was fresh. thank you to James A for being the best part.

  Caroline was an absolutely fantastic waiter during our meal in New York City. I was there with my friends Kit, Ben, and JT, and she made the whole experience feel easy and genuinely enjoyable. She was warm, attentive, and somehow always appeared at the perfect moment—never hovering, never rushing us. When our burgers arrived, she checked in with a smile that made it feel like she was personally rooting for us to have a great time. Her energy added something special to the night, and we all left talking about how great she was.

  We visited Bubba Gump with a group of 26 students, and James Anderson made our visit absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly personable. He is a total expert on the Forrest Gump movie, his knowledge and the trivia he shared kept the whole group engaged and entertained the entire time. As for the food, it was great. I highly recommend the fried shrimp! James also went above and beyond by sharing so many helpful tips with us throughout the meal. If you’re visiting, definitely ask for James (Mr Anderson). He made our large group feel right at home and turned a simple dinner into a highlight of our trip. Thank you, James!
