One of the best meals I've had in awhile and let me just say the presentation is just SO ON TOP!! The pina colada looks just so amazing (with real fruits on it) and all the dishes had big portions. I think the seafood appetizers were my favorite because they were so flavorful and fresh. The service is very speedy and professional; they are def keeping an eye if you need more napkins or water before you need to ask! The decor of the restaurant is also top tier, I think it's perfect for a date night or a nice dinner with friends!

Had early dinner Saturday 4/11/26. Restaurant is decorated to make you feel as if you are in some kind of Thailand Botanical Garden. Staff is outfitted in Cowboy hats, not sure why. We observed to many staff members just standing around stepping and bumping into each other and taking their time to actually come to any table to attend customers. Once they finally took our order, they stepped up their game and the service was good. The food was also pretty good. The Pork Skewers were too well done and dry. Spicy Tuna Buns were excellent as well as the Pad Thai Chicken. We complemented all this with bottle of Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio.

TLDR: above average food for way above average prices —> not special, don’t go out of your way but fine if in the area DO NOT BUY ANY DRINKS: No free soft drink refills (not advertised), so I paid twice for my Diet Coke - similarly saw that mocktails are only $2 cheaper than regular cocktails, this is definitely where they’re making the margin Other issues: - music is too loud - cramped seating (literally no space to come in or out of table) - menu is completely online and you have to navigate to takeout section of website to access, just not intuitive or simple - friendly, but somewhat poorly trained waiters All together I paid $55 (incl. tip) for a $15 takeout meal.

I loved Bua Thai Ramen in Upper East Side, NYC 🗽🤤Such a cute spot! The interior is beautifully decorated with lots of flowers and elegant golden plates, which makes the whole experience feel special. Drinks were really good, and the food did not disappoint. I especially loved the spring rolls, the chicken wontons, and the pineapple fried rice. The Japanese ramen with crispy duck was also very tasty. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great location too - it’s close to the Met and the Guggenheim, so it’s perfect for a lunch stop before or after exploring the museums. Definitely worth checking out!

Where do I even begin. Bua Thai Ramen and Robata Grill completely exceeded our expectations and has easily become one of our favorite spots in NYC. Let’s start with the atmosphere. As someone who is very particular about decor and ambiance, this place is a dream. The space is stunning, thoughtfully designed, warm and elevated without feeling stuffy. It set the perfect tone for a special night out. The service was top notch from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive, checked on us throughout the night and made the whole experience feel seamless. You could tell the staff genuinely cares about the guest experience. Now the food. We started with the Rock Shrimp Lychee and the Sriracha Soft Shell Crab. The rock shrimp tossed in creamy lychee sauce was so flavorful and unique, a combination I never would have thought of but absolutely loved. The soft shell crab had the perfect kick and crisp. Both appetizers set the bar high. For mains I got the Phuket Noodle Soup, a spicy creamy broth that was rich, aromatic and loaded with toppings. It looked as good as it tasted. My husband got the Chiang Mai Curry Ramen which came with a whole leg of chicken on top. The presentation alone was stunning and the coconut yellow curry broth was so fragrant and creamy. He was obsessed. The drinks came served inside a real pineapple, melon and coconut. We got the mocktails and they were so refreshing. The pineapple and melon genuinely made us feel like we were on an island. We ended the night with the mango sticky rice which is our favorite dessert and they nailed it.
