He clearly saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes while he and his female coworker were just walking around acting like I wasn’t standing there waiting to be helped. Finally the female employee asked him if I’ve been helped, and he says “no”. So she reluctantly takes my order. I see that “Pumpkin Spice” is on the menu as an option for a latte. And the female employee mumbles at me “we don’t have pumpkin spice anymore”. Then why is it on the menu?! After all this, I tell them I want to pay with inkind.. at which the male employee with his back to me mumbles “you have to order on the app”. I don’t hear this of course because he refuses to face me… so I ask him to repeat himself. He is so done with me at this point and repeats himself. I was done dealing with these terrible people at this point, that I just walk away and take my business elsewhere. Please train your employees to have some kind of decency. Ridiculous.
