  I went there with my whole family for dinner. It cost more than $300 for that night and I forgot a bottle of water I ordered. It costed me $12, I came back the next day to get the bottle of water back but they did not give me anything. The bottle was completely unopened and I spoke to the manager George and he was being extremely infantile, and not offering any help. These people take advantage of people that aren’t good at English, I feel discriminated and disgusted by the way they treated me, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Everybody stop coming here.

  Food was amazing. The Bill Burger was really good, recommended to anyone. The onion rings and fries were also delicious, salty but the right amount of salty. And the milkshakes and brownie bites were a phenomenal way to end the meal. 5 stars, highly recommend.

  written in German to attract other German tourists. Wir waren in 8 Tagen 3 mal hier und das, obwohl wir seitens Hotel in der Bowery in Laufdistanz zu Katz' Deli und Gotham Burger Social Club näher zu Fuß lagen. Heißt: uns hat es hier wahnsinnig gut geschmeckt. Shake Shack kam ebenfalls nicht ran. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die cheese fries sind PHÄNOMENAL, die Burger sind geschmacklich outstanding. Falls ich noch mal nach NY komme werde ich wieder herkommen. In Deutschland kenne ich kein vergleichbares Burger Restaurant. Danke, dass wir hier essen duften!

  Am letzten Abend unser New York Reise sind wir hier eingekehrt. Wir wollten richtig gute Burger essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht; das Essen war megagut, der Service ausgezeichnet. Unser Tipp: zum Abschluss unbedingt auch noch einen der wahnsinnig leckeren Shakes probieren. Insgesamt ein echtes Erlebnis. Damit hatte unsere Reise einen tollen Abschluss. Danke dafür!
