- APAngel POct 17, 20251.0Wanted a milkshake today. I was the only customer at this location 2 pm in the afternoon perfect. I said hello twice no response male worker looked me directly in my face still nothing . I said excuse me getting ready to order still nothing . They continued to have a conversation. The lady started washing her hands I thought maybe she was coming over to assist . Wrong . I will not give an establishment my money while not being assisted and the ONLY customer there . Rude .

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
