So after I paid I forgot to mention I wanted toppings then upon requesting hot fudge they looked at me like I was crazy. And then told me they didn’t have it, which would have drastically changed my order. This is why you order first and then pay. Just stupid.

Get donuts or coffee if u want but please God no do not get the icecream i was craving the some old fashioned butter pecan it was dry old and tasted like nothing i told the man that served us he kindly agreed to change it for me then got the jamaica almond fudge and it was the same texture and taste wise. I wasted 4$ for nothing I asked for a waffle cone, not available, almonds and whipped cream? Not available. Waste of money and calories just pure disappointment i wish i had a photo to share with u what i got. It was terrible!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
