  Be very careful with your bill here - one of the staff added an extra 1 to my tip and total, equating to an additional $100. Luckily I caught it at checkout, and disputed it over email and a phone call. The charge was reversed, but no one actually replied to my emails or returned my call. Doesn’t give me confidence that they’ve actually investigated but just wanted to hope the issue would go away. Other than this, drinks are fine, service was super slow, but the views of the Empire State Building are great.

  Great views, nice cocktails, friendly service - was there as they opened so nice open space, by the time we left around 8 nice atmosphere with plenty of people was brewing.

  Samuel absolutely gave the positive enlightening energy when I saw him in the lobby, inviting my group to come to the rooftop bar. We came up, he showed us immediate attention and sat us in the best seat of the house. This is a must come spot in Manhattan. The food is legit, the drinks are flowing, and the vibes are like that.

  Please come to this place. I swear everything is excellent. The attention of the staff, the drinks, the food, the view. You've got the Empire State building in front of you. Wonderful for gathering with family and friends. Thank you for being so attentive on my boyfriend's birthday. We will be back!

  I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff came across as very unfriendly and unprofessional. Several employees seemed more focused on their phones than on the guests, which gave an arrogant and disinterested impression. They were unhelpful and everything felt very disorganized. Although we were allowed to sit outside on the terrace, we were told to collect our own drinks from the bar, while other guests on the terrace were being served at their tables. This inconsistency was frustrating and made us feel undervalued as customers. Wearing proper company attire would already make a more professional impression, but more importantly, a basic level of customer friendliness and organization is clearly missing here. When we left nobody even said thank you or goodbye. Overall, not an experience I would recommend.
