The location is good and the food was good, but not exceptionally good. The service was really average, and I think the price is a little higher than what you should pay for what you get.
had a amazing birthday dinner here. the staff was super nice and sweet. they cooked all the meat for you and divided the portions for you. everytime we would try to cook our own meat, they would come over and ask if you need help. staff was super attentive, and service was fast. food was amazing not to mention. everything was super fresh and delicious. I didn’t get to mention it was my birthday 2 days in advance, but they had an extra cake and offered it to me. overall, super amazing place for good korean food!
I had such an amazing experience at this spot in New York! Everything about this place was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful, really well decorated, cozy, and just a great spot to enjoy a meal.
The service was outstanding. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. The food also came out quickly, which we really appreciated.
As for the food. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and so satisfying. And of course, they brought out all the classic Korean side dishes.
Overall, we loved everything about Antoya, the food, the service, and the ambiance were all top-tier. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for a great Korean dining experience in New York!
What a great find! I discovered Antoya through OpenTable, and am glad that I did as my dining experience was such a pleasant one. The food is delicious, and there are so many great options on the menu it almost makes it hard to choose. The ambience is also nice, and the restaurant is deceivingly large - with much of the booth seating located towards the back of the restaurant where the atmosphere is moderately active without being overwhelmingly noisy at all.
I had the green tea nengmyun, which was delicious and refreshing. The servers at Antoya are also very attentive, and brought plenty of side dishes as well as replacements as soon as we finished the ones at our table. I’d definitely come again, and try more of the options on the menu - and can’t wait until then! :)

It’s a hit or miss depending on the waiter you have, our waiter was too busy and overcooked out steak by a lot and she didn’t let it rest and it resulted in the driest steak that I have ever had. It was chewy, hard in some parts and dry, also it was so bland, overall horrible. Still had to pay full price for that terrible service. Side dishes were very good tho, kimchi was spicy and sour, the eggs soufflé was nice and soft, the bottom did taste funny. The bibimpap rice bowl was incredibly good, so flavorful, now there the beef wasn’t dry or bland.
After our meal, our waiter left and didn’t give us our check for 10 minutes, then we got ahold of them, we got the check and were ignored for another 20-25 minutes. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is well decorated, nice and clean, just very cute. Just hope you get a competent waiter.
