  Good good food packaged well and ready on time. I picked up this meal after order directly on spicy gourmet deli app. But I have gone several times into the store before and every time I have been pleased

  This deli always rushing orders and get most sandwiches wrong. They love putting a crazy amount of mayo on everything and forget other stuff that you request. I have been here multiple times and it's always something wrong with my sandwiches. I give up with this place.

  Spicy Gourmet Deli on 109th is hands down one of the most accommodating 24-hour delis on the Upper West Side. They have a huge variety of options, whether you’re grabbing something quick or looking for a full meal at any hour. What really stands out is their hygiene, excellent customer service, and speed—everything is always clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and orders are prepared quickly without feeling rushed. They truly treat customers like family and know their regulars by name, voice, and even address, whether you call in or stop by in person. That level of personal service is rare. Definitely a neighborhood staple and a reliable go-to any time of day or night.

  Sunday, January 11, 2026, 11:15 AM. Came in got a self serviced 20 OZ cup of Hazelnut Coffee, a plain roll, a few other things. Wow, excellent service from these employees, bi-lingal English/ Spanish which for many other is a good thing in 2026 New York City, Upper West Side, Manhattanville. West 109 The Street and Amsterdam Avenue. Prices are great, the food is amazing, and above all the place is friendly, and kind! I'll be spending my money here.
