  If I could give this location and DD as a whole zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for my kids that included munchkins and the new Wicked tin ($21) at 11:53 a.m. i pull up and they tell me they don't have any munchkins, so much for running a promotion for a kid movie and not having the product. Anyways the workers said since I ordered the product on the app, I would have to contact DD corporate to get my money back. It was a Saturday and they were not available for a call, so I sent an email. 3 days later, They never responded, I call the corporate # and waited 20 minutes on hold before finally asking me if I want a call back, I said yes. About 30 minutes later, they call me and I tell them the problem and 10 minutes in they said this was not their issue and I have to contact the store but would be sending a notification to the manager of this store and I should hear back within 2 business days. Its new been 5 days and still nothing. Emailed DD again, no response. Ive called the office at this store 5+ times and after several rings it hangs up saying they are busy and hangs up without the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I wish i could be this incompetent and not care at all, but I would be fired.

  We came in and messed up our large order. We went back to fix it and the staff were super nice and helped without a problem. And they helped alot.

  absolutely ridiculous. I pull up to an empty drive through order a singular item and get yelled at saying “are you done”. then I order a drink i’ve gotten 5+ times at this dunkin and they come on the mic rude as hell saying “were not doing that”. i said why i get another rude as hell “what do you mean why” then they just blamed the manger (who I know has been okay with my drink) and refused to make the drink. extremely rude workers and rushing us for it being basically dead and even if it was busy still inexcusable. this was not the usual good crew and you could absolutely tell

  15 min at reg inside til one girl came and she was laughing with many others in back and yes she did see me looked my way and 5 min later came to get me 2 coffees and 4 donuts .... 15 min then ordered took 25 min to get that inside... They had enough ppl alot more than anywhere else...

  Didn't get my full order, had to go back, get yelled at by associates then wouldn't give me a number to contact their management.
