  Someone needs to get these girls in check before they get a drink thrown at them. This morning I went to this establishment and not only was the girl pausing in between our orders, she gave us so much attitude during it. As if she wasn’t the one making the interaction longer. On top of this. We get to the window and she just looks at us while making drinks. I’m in the coffee business as well so this aspect I can understand but she gets to the window, didn’t greet us, just gives us the total. She doesn’t say anything throughout the interaction and just hands us the drinks and says “here.” She then hand us our food, I said thank you and she just walks away saying NOTHING. She didn’t tell me that we had everything and that the order was complete so we sat there waiting and she just never appeared. There's always a negative interaction whenever this individual is working and next time I’m going to throw my drink at her if she continues this attitude.

  You have to be LGBT or rachet to work at this location. If you ask for a bottled beverage they will tell you to come in.

  If I could give this location and DD as a whole zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for my kids that included munchkins and the new Wicked tin ($21) at 11:53 a.m. i pull up and they tell me they don't have any munchkins, so much for running a promotion for a kid movie and not having the product. Anyways the workers said since I ordered the product on the app, I would have to contact DD corporate to get my money back. It was a Saturday and they were not available for a call, so I sent an email. 3 days later, They never responded, I call the corporate # and waited 20 minutes on hold before finally asking me if I want a call back, I said yes. About 30 minutes later, they call me and I tell them the problem and 10 minutes in they said this was not their issue and I have to contact the store but would be sending a notification to the manager of this store and I should hear back within 2 business days. Its new been 5 days and still nothing. Emailed DD again, no response. Ive called the office at this store 5+ times and after several rings it hangs up saying they are busy and hangs up without the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I wish i could be this incompetent and not care at all, but I would be fired.
