  The food is inconsistent. Chicken fingers have a different shape, flavor, and texture every time I visited. Sometimes ok sometimes terrible. Walking inside is like entering a cave.

  I don't know why they let you order things they're out of, let you pay, and then say "oh sorry we're out of that" and try serving you something you didn't want . They can't change the computer to reflect 86ed items? Sorry, I'm editing this.. dried out chicken, more breading than meat.. idk,but I'm not going again. Seems like a cash grab tourist trap type of place.

  Voulant aller dans un autre restaurant, trop cher, je me suis retrouvé là. Le restaurant est propre, la cuisine est ouverte donc on voit tout. Les employés portent des gants. On commande sur un écran. Une employée est là si on a besoin. Mon ado a prit un chicken sandwich crispy bourbon en trio. J'ai partagé avec mon mari un 5 morceaux crispy tender chicken en trio . Le sandwich de mon gars était bon, ses frites aussi. Nous, la panure était un peu trop cuite et dure. Le poulet caoutchouteux et pas sûr pour des bouts, cuits ou non! Nous avons eu des restants de frites trop dures. Les breuvages sont à volonté. Bon dépanneur mais ce n'est pas de la gastronomie!

  We have been chicken guy in Disney springs in Orlando Florida like 6 times and it’s awesome,everything there is delicious and fresh but the one in nyc sorry to tell you it’s nothing absolutely nothing compared to the one in Florida,we was very excited to try it and we was very disappointed with the one in NYC
