  Great place. The family that owns it is wonderful and explains all the food and is super friendly. Doubles are tasty. Oxtail was fantastic. Definitely a place I'll return to again and again

  When I first walked it, the smell hits you and it smelled awesome. I got the double and it was a solid quick meal. I didn’t realize it was only $4 for it! Adam who was in front, was very passionate and has great hospitality. It seems he takes pride helping the family with the restaurant. Will definitely comeback again

  The service was great, the young man today helped and met me with the best service. Every one was super friendly and now the food. My only experience of Trini food was in the Bronx at maybe 2 restaurants. With that being said I am greatful to find a place about the same distance, with a bit more different offerings and with a parking lot. I am looking forward to coming back.

  The best Trini food I’ve tasted and definitely best food in New Windsor thus far. Authentic, made with love, and so much Soul. Thank you for the experience ALWAYS! The picture is the Bake N Shark, the best of the best!

  This was my first time at Taste of Trini. I traveled close to an hour because she had great reviews. It was worth the trip❣️ The chef and owner has such great, energy , and you can taste it in her foods❣️ Every bite was layered with bold, authentic tastes. For me, it made me emotional because it brought back childhood memories, the kind you didn’t realize you missed until the first taste❣️ She doesn’t just cook for her customers, she feeds them❣️This isn’t just food-it’s comfort, culture, heritage, and heart on a plate.❣️ Her grandmother would be SO PROUD of her, and her grandchildren 🦋
