The lettuce tasted like it expired, the chips were stale, and they had us waiting for our food for 20 minutes even though we ordered ahead of time and waited 10 minutes before going there. I absolutely do not recommend this place, at least until they make major changes to employee hiring/training, and managing this place.

Finally went inside, cashier did say sorry, no one in the dining room, no cars at the drive thru. Tacos were stale, maybe sat too long, the drink was no longer a freeze. I get it, it's fast food but this location needs a reboot.

What is supposed to be in the box is a beefy layer burrito. There was no beef in my burrito. Instead, they filled the 5 beefy layer burrito with refried beans instead of beef. I don't know anyone who likes refried beans like that.But i'm not one of them. The last time I've had a beefy layer burrito, there was never 85% refried beans and 15%, beef, cheese and sour cream. I don't know what's going on at this location. But I know I didn't deserve that. I will continue to stay away from this location all over again.
