  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I went in, placed my coffee order, and stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes while employees walked back and forth behind the counter. No one acknowledged the delay or gave any update on my order. What really bothered me was when someone who appeared to be a friend of the staff walked in after me and was helped immediately. It honestly felt like they were prioritized over paying customers. I’m pretty sure they were even handed the coffee that was supposed to be mine. Customer service should be consistent and fair for everyone. I understand places get busy, but ignoring customers and serving friends first is unprofessional. Very frustrating experience.

  I am consistently ordering from this location and this is not the first time they have messed up my order but nothing is ever done about it. This time I ordered 2 drinks and 1 order of food, when the delivery got to me there was only one drink and the food. My driver told me that he told the person that gave him my order that there was a drink missing and he was told that there was not and was given attitude. From my past experience with this store I am inclined to believe the driver. In the past I have had orders brought to me that are incorrect or drinks that taste like dirty water. It is very frustrating because this is the closest location to me and I can't choose a different location to order from.

  This place not only gets my order wrong almost every single time, they take foreeeeeeever and idk what it is but the food is never hot. In fact it’s usually cold when served. The staff really is lovely though so I feel bad even posting this but it’s really the worst place to stop if u need something quick or delicious

  This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Being pulled forward for a latte?? I finally learned my lesson. I’ve been told to pull forward for food every single time. This is the first that I’ve been told to pull forward for a simple caramel latte. This is not the place to go to if you’re in a hurry. I regret coming here every time I try to give this location a chance. I simply cannot waste my time with this Dunkin anymore. Lesson learned. It’s been 8 minutes according to my receipt and I’m still waiting in my car for this latte. I had to go inside to to find out that my drink still hadn’t even been made. Never coming here again.
