  I had a really frustrating experience at Dunkin’ today, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. I placed a simple order—a bagel and a coffee—but the employee taking my order seemed confused and initially charged me the wrong amount. She eventually corrected it and apologized, which I appreciated. However, things went downhill from there. I was told to pull forward and wait for my coffee, as they would bring it out. I waited about five minutes, and no one ever came. I then went inside to ask about my order, and the staff looked completely unaware of what I was talking about. After waiting even longer with no resolution, I got frustrated and left without my coffee. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for such a simple order. It’s disappointing because this location already has a pattern of negative reviews, and it’s clear that improvements still haven’t been made. People rely on places like Dunkin’ to start their day, and experiences like this can set the wrong tone. The New Windsor community deserves better service, better communication, and better accountability. I won’t be returning until something changes.

  The consistency here is up and down, mostly up but I can't stand not getting what you paid for. It's been happening more and more as of lately,,, at over 5 dollars per cup I think we can do better. I come here basically everyday, from now on I will keep leaving reviews good or bad til things get better. Im not one to complain,,, but seriously, gotta do better than this,,, or charge for the cup some smaller if you're going to rip me off ! Make it make sense !

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I went in, placed my coffee order, and stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes while employees walked back and forth behind the counter. No one acknowledged the delay or gave any update on my order. What really bothered me was when someone who appeared to be a friend of the staff walked in after me and was helped immediately. It honestly felt like they were prioritized over paying customers. I’m pretty sure they were even handed the coffee that was supposed to be mine. Customer service should be consistent and fair for everyone. I understand places get busy, but ignoring customers and serving friends first is unprofessional. Very frustrating experience.

  I am consistently ordering from this location and this is not the first time they have messed up my order but nothing is ever done about it. This time I ordered 2 drinks and 1 order of food, when the delivery got to me there was only one drink and the food. My driver told me that he told the person that gave him my order that there was a drink missing and he was told that there was not and was given attitude. From my past experience with this store I am inclined to believe the driver. In the past I have had orders brought to me that are incorrect or drinks that taste like dirty water. It is very frustrating because this is the closest location to me and I can't choose a different location to order from.
