  10/10 omakase experience and the vibe and decor of the restaurant is spectacular. Amazing spot to hang out for drinks after the omakase courses and the cocktails are incredible.

  This is very VERY basic omakase.. nothing special or different in my opinion. We made a reservation for 2 for the Bou Reserve Omakase.. we had high hopes after reading the menu but were very underwhelmed and pretty disappointed. The caviar bump in the beginning was nice but throughout the dinner we were left more hungry. The foie gras snow was basically nonexistent - we barely got any on top of our fish. The truffle and bone marrow that was promised? Also extremely sparse. Couldn’t taste the difference, and in my opinion, not worth the upgrade at all. I’ve had better omakase for half the price in the city. This place is all about the gimmick and less about quality or experience. The service was fine, very bare minimum, but for $300+ we expected much more. Would suggest being less stingy on the “upgrade add ons”.

  This is such a beautiful speak easy style bar in New Rochelle! Highly recommend for some cocktails, but I had the pleasure to dine as well, the menu is delicious. The most unique sushi experience in Westchester! Reservation recommended for dining but not required, though they have specific seating times! For drinks you can stop by with no reservation, cheers! This drink is a sparkling yuzu lemonade, expertly crafted by the bartender! I really appreciated being greeted as soon as i came in with a smile from all staff, they are very attentive during your experience as well!

  I recently visited Sushi By Bou and what stood out the most was the incredible customer service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. The team was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the menu and answer any questions without making us feel rushed. They checked in throughout the meal in a thoughtful way and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s clear that they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. On top of that, the sushi was delicious and beautifully prepared, which made the whole evening even better. But what really made the visit memorable was the warm, attentive service. I would absolutely recommend Sushi By Bou to anyone looking for not just great sushi, but outstanding hospitality.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Sushi By Bou! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of the entire time. They were happy to answer questions and made great recommendations, which really elevated the experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Every piece of sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can really tell the chefs take pride in their craft. Each bite was better than the last, and the quality of the ingredients truly stood out. Between the amazing sushi and the exceptional service, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible sushi and a great atmosphere! 🍣✨
