  I had an amazing experience at Roc N Ramen! This place is such a unique gem—combining the bold, comforting flavors of Jamaican cuisine with the richness of ramen in a way that just works. The atmosphere was laid-back, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their friendliness and great recommendations. If you’re looking for something different but seriously delicious, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

  We waited over 30 minutes and our food never came. Meanwhile, three other tables that arrived after us were served before we were. The only thing we received were our drinks at the beginning—and that was it. When we asked the staff about the delay, we were simply told they would check with the chef, and later that the food was still being prepared. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to make things right. We ended up leaving out of frustration. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer to comp our drinks for the inconvenience. Overall, very disappointing experience and we will not be coming back.

  Wow. I can’t believe they have been in New Rochelle for SO LONG and I’ve never tried them. We went for book club and we were pleased! It’s a smaller shop so it’s expected that you might wait a bit for a table because there are no reservations! The food was great! I first got the Oxtail Bao buns and wow! A fusion HIT. The oxtail was tender and flavorful. The boa bun was light and airy. The sauce and plantain complimented the meat well. I originally order Jerk Chicken ramen but had to send it back because it was SPICY. It was 10000% my fault. I got the BBQ chicken ramen instead and it was more my speed! The Broth was flavorful and the eggs, scallions, corn, carrots, and nori were helped elevate the dish! My friends got the karaage (so crispy!!!) and dumplings (fried, classic). The service was a little slower once it got PACKED and had to be reminded a couple of times of our requests, but they were gracious and kind the whole time!!

  Horrible service! Traveled 1hr 31mins to visit here to eat after work! Guy working there on April 16 between the hours of 6-6:39 was terrible. The brown skin guy. The other guy was on break so he was innocent. Lighter guy Had an attitude the moment we walked in. My partner and I asked if we could sit somewhere else he aggressively said “that’s for 3 and up” . Restaurant was empty so there was no reason for us not to sit there. We left it alone and sat by the bathroom. We checked the menu and sat waiting for 17mins and he did not attend to us. He came by once and aggressively slammed two water on the edge of the table, we were startled. I take it that he was homophobic from the way he looked at us when we entered. I am a social media influencer and highly respected and this is legit my first time being treated like this seconds after entering an establishment. We stayed calm patiently waiting to even order appetizers but he ignored us and walked by us multiple times. We then decided to leave without conflict. Worst experience ever! He should be terminated ! It’s a horrible look on a establishment! Very unprofessional! There is a lot already going on in the world being treated horrible to eat food should not be one! Leave personal likes and beliefs at home

  It was my first time trying a place like this. I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy the ramen, but I really did, it was tasty! If you’re looking to try something different in terms of food, I definitely recommend here! The only downside is that the space is quite small and a bit tight to move around.
