  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and they did not make us feel special or appreciated. This is the problem—restaurants start out as little gems, and then once they get popular, they lose their sense of service and authenticity. The money gets to them, and they forget that the power is in the customers. Without customers, there is no business, and without business, there is no staff. I ordered a $34 oxtail that was served without any vegetables on the plate. When I asked the waiter about it, I was informed that I would have to pay extra. That was very disappointing. I can’t be upset with the workers because they are just carrying out their duties. However, a word of advice: if you are trying to present yourself as an upscale restaurant, please include vegetables with your entrées instead of charging customers extra. I am officially putting this restaurant in the category of a “wannabe boujee” establishment.

  My experience at Krave Restaurant was excellent. I went to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. My hostess, Kim, made sure I had a special seat just for me, which I really appreciated. My server, Lloyd, was attentive, professional, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening. To top it off, the chef even came out to greet me and ask how my steak was. I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection—exactly how I wanted it. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend Krave Restaurant in New Rochelle. It was a wonderful birthday experience.

  Awesome vibe, great food and drink but the staff makes it the ultimate experience. Raheem helped my friends and I find a great table while Z made us fantastic Rum Punch, which is to die for. Happy hour selection of food and drink is perfect. I felt transported to a tropical island. Very relaxing and enjoyable time. I will definitely be back. Thank you Krave!!

  Owner is rude and that's where his staff gets it from. Attended for my husband's birthday dinner. Stopped to unload my kids from the car in front of the establishment and was rushed by the owner. Waiters were rude and they didn't wait to bring out my husband's cake, definitely not kid friendly. Overall wasn't a good experience.

  I visited the Krave last Friday night. A few of my co-workers and I stopped by for Happy Hour. The restaurant is a place where you feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease. The staff is very helpful, especially the host, Raheem, who may it a point to make sure our experience was enjoyable, and as well as memorable. He and the entire staff made sure that all of our requests were taken care of.
