  A great place to spend the evening! We dined here on a Saturday evening and it was such a pleasant experience! We walked through the small art gallery and found the entrance easily enough. Upon arrival (we were 30mins early anticipating not being able to find parking quickly) we were greeted and told that they weren’t open yet but that we can of course sit in the lounge and have drinks. They turned on the music we ordered a bottle of wine and awaited to be seated at the Omakase counter. The host was pleasant, knowledgeable of Sake and explained the different types… none that i care to partake in but he was so nice so we listened to the details of each. Chef Sam our chef on our side of the bar meticulously handmade each course right in front of us. Every bite had such a fresh and clean taste that i always wanted seconds! Some were really good and our fav’s were yellowtail, miso cod and the lean and chopped tuna. I will say the surf and turf was interesting. The wagyu and had great flavor until the uni reached my palette…. Hard pass. Not for me! We will definitely be coming back! And possibly will try the location in Chelsea. Great addition to New Rochelle!

  Went family because daughter wanted sushi for her birthday dinner. Walked 10 minutes from our home in the cold into an empty restaurant only to be greeted by the host who asked if I had a reservation. We said no and the host proceeded to say we couldn’t eat because they were a sushi experience business and that they needed a heads up before we arrive in order for us to eat. I would’ve been happy if they said sorry we don’t feel like serving you instead of the ridiculous excuse. Could it have been that I had my child I don’t know but last I checked restaurants are for eating. If you want an exclusive experience take your restaurant off google

  4.5/5 stars. Omakase in a kinda speakeasy (there’s a sign out front lol) …small spot, reservations needed, very new and clean. Staff was attentive, the omakase itself was good. Everything was fresh. The only reason it doesn’t get the full 5 star rating is it is pretty expensive. $350 for 3 people for the $65 omakase, 3 drinks, 2 ice creams and 20 percent tip. Feels steep but it was a true Japanese omakase experience. (Parking is a pain) Would recommend

  Went with a group of friends had a great time. Our host Niko(I think that was his name) was awesome and set up up nice. The chief did his thing. Great vibes great date night spot and luckily for me it close to home. Highly recommend.

  Third time visiting the New Rochelle location and it deserves more than 5 stars. Everything was consistently amazing 3 out of 3 times. The restaurant is like a hidden speakeasy with a lounge vibe and the sushi is high quality, extremely fresh and expertly prepared right in front of your eyes. Cocktails are unique and well crafted. Service is excellent. It's an unforgettable experience and vibe that feels like you're in NYC. Perfect for date night or girls night. Make sure you make a reservation and get there on time. There are different seatings and they begin omakase service promptly. They have a great system of grabbing drinks in the lounge/bar area before you are seated at the sushi bar.
