Walked 10 minutes from our home in the cold into an empty restaurant only to be greeted by the host who asked if I had a reservation. We said no and the host proceeded to say we couldn’t eat because they were a sushi experience business and that they needed a heads up before we arrive in order for us to eat. I would’ve been happy if they said sorry we don’t feel like serving you instead of the ridiculous excuse. Could it have been that I had my child I don’t know but last I checked restaurants are for eating. If you want an exclusive experience take your restaurant off google
- SSSDNov 23, 20255.04.5/5 stars. Omakase in a kinda speakeasy (there’s a sign out front lol) …small spot, reservations needed, very new and clean. Staff was attentive, the omakase itself was good. Everything was fresh. The only reason it doesn’t get the full 5 star rating is it is pretty expensive. $350 for 3 people for the $65 omakase, 3 drinks, 2 ice creams and 20 percent tip. Feels steep but it was a true Japanese omakase experience. (Parking is a pain) Would recommend

The restaurant is like a hidden speakeasy with a lounge vibe and the sushi is high quality, extremely fresh and expertly prepared right in front of your eyes. Cocktails are unique and well crafted. Service is excellent. It's an unforgettable experience and vibe that feels like you're in NYC. Perfect for date night or girls night. Make sure you make a reservation and get there on time. There are different seatings and they begin omakase service promptly. They have a great system of grabbing drinks in the lounge/bar area before you are seated at the sushi bar.

The staff was very friendly, though at first it felt a bit pushy and over-managed with the seating and hosting process. The atmosphere was outstanding ! comfortable, stylish, and with the perfect disco music vibe. Even the customers were friendly! I’m definitely coming back for another 17-course experience.
