    Horrible customer service! The phone operator (who claims to be the owner) blocked me from calling to place orders. I call from my main line and the call advised my number was blocked and is not accepting calls from my number, I call from my second phone line and no one answers (keeps ringing as I am being ignored), I call from work and again he doesn’t answer because he knows my number due to caller ID. I have to go through loops (by choice) to place my order as he personally feels a way about accepting my calls. Additionally, when ordering from the app for delivery, I cannot select Decafinated coffee nor a banana as an option because it doesn’t allow to select and that’s my Normal order aside from the protein omelette. I will be reporting to better business bureau to request an investigation in customer services I am not being treated equally to others. You should not act as if you own a place and tarnish an owners reputation buy mistreating his buyers. If you are the actual owner, please kindly address. -Maria

    I don't want my food served and delivered to me in Styrofoam. It is banned in NY for a reason. Food was blah and portions are small for pricing. My first option was Star Diner but they were out of Grits. Will not be ordering again. I understand products might be costly but our health is priceless and medical bills are expensive care about the customers a little please thanks.
