  This places in total scam I ordered food through Uber Eats and they made the store staff deliver my food which he left at a different location not at my house. It took four business days for someone to give me a resolution for my missing delivery. Customer service is terrible. They kept saying I had to go through Uber Eats and Uber Eats wouldn’t allow a refund, why is there business on Uber Eats if the staff delivers the food? The manger Evelyn has a nasty attitude. She put me on hold for eight minutes and I called the store repeatedly after she did that.

  Leaving a one star rating because this was one of my favorite places to eat when visiting my family in the Bronx… but this last visit I was charged the next day for someone else’s or called and said they were gonna figure it out with management and call me back and never received a call back honestly makes me not wanna ever go back

  EDITED: I'm editing my review and giving 3 stars rather than 1. After waiting 1.5 hours, I drove back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager. I received a refund for my items and an apology that seemed sincere. I was told they sent the driver "40 minutes ago," though no one ever showed up at my house. ORIGINAL: I've gone to Roc N Ramen a few times. The food is good overall. This review is experience and service related. I ordered 4 items today for pick-up. After picking up, I get home and see that they didn't give me the broth for any of my 4 items. I called and was told that they will deliver the broth in 15 minutes or so. That was 7:04PM. It's now 8:14 PM and they are ignoring my calls when I call the place. After using a 3rd line that has a Westchester area code, the woman decides to pick up. After realizing it's me, she puts me on hold. It's been 26 minutes. On top of that, you can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Do better.

  When I say I want Ramen, this is the Ramen I’m talking about!!! I ordered a veggie ramen and it was absolutely delicious along with the veggie dumplings.The veggies were absolutely fresh, just the way I love it.That sauce they used had me sucking on the chopsticks after I was done. Lol My only critique is that they add a little more lighting. I wasn’t able to see my first when it was initially brought out. Overall, I will definitely be coming back soon.

  I had really positive experiences when the Bronx location was open so I was excited to see that they were delivering on Uber Eats. However, I had a terrible experience with this last order. It arrived over an hour and a half late. I had to pretty much recook the entire order after waiting for it for so long. And there was no communication at all. Even when I reached out to Uber support, they could not get in touch with the restaurant. Noodles were mushy. Chicken was dry as dust. And upon delivering the food, there was no apology or anything for the long wait. And next day, my stomach is in shambles. Definitely will not be eating here again.
