  Sometimes this place is packed. The employee's are doing their best. Open 24hours which is the greatest advantage of this place.

  I don’t understand where this low average review rating has come from. The fries were crispy fresh hot !!! A rarity from the usual cold floppy you get from most McDonalds. The Big Mac may have been the best one of my life, the sauce-topping ratio was iconic.

  I used to avoid this New Rochelle location due to poor service in the past. Yesterday, out of necessity, I went through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by an employee named Felícia. She was extremely polite, professional, and attentive. Because of her, I am considering returning to this location. I hope this level of service continues. Thanks FELÍCIA 🙏

  I’m very disappointed I had to wait extra time for my order not only that but when it got here the mocha frappe was half whipped cream half mocha very poor customer service I called the store to try to get a eta on my order as well called about 5 times and no one picked up they really need to get it together

  They have an unethical practice of "bumping tickets" as soon as the order comes in as to appear as if the where able to "push out the order". Trying to beat service time. It's for the GM bonus. I realized this a few times. One time I waited 18-29 for apple pies. Y cause they bumped the ticket and forgot. Smh. If u see this make a review & email Corp. If not u will keep waiting longer than usual.
