What an AMAZINGGGGGGG experience!!! It is not easy to feed me because of my allergies. I was blown away by the food, experience, atmosphere and the CARE they took for me is unmatched! Lloyd smelled amazing, he was very well dressed and personable! Every step of the way he checked in with us! I will be back because the service and brunch exceptional!!! The Chef came out to get familiar with my allergies. YES, the Chef. Who does that? I am so in LOVE with this establishment there aren’t enough stars for the experience! Thank you!
A Gem for Flavor and Service!
I had an incredible dining experience here and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere and service were top-notch.
A huge, special thanks to the chef for being so attentive and accommodating. They went above and beyond to customize our dishes to safely work around our allergies, which made the meal stress-free and truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find a kitchen that handles substitutions with such care and professionalism.
The food itself was outstanding:
The Jerk Tacos: Absolutely awesome. The perfect balance of spice and texture—definitely a must-try!
The Jerk Chicken: You could tell it was incredibly fresh. It was seasoned to perfection and cooked just right.
To top it all off, our server, Lloyd, was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.

Fresh food ! Dessert light and very good five star restaurant. The chef greet us and we received complimentary fried dumplings. This is great old fashioned Jamaican food. Big up to Lloyd our waiter smell good and good vibes

I didn't particularly care for the food here. I had fried chicken with Mac and Cheese. My wife had oxtail with rice and peas. The fried chicken seemed as though it was just sitting around in the kitchen waiting for someone to order it. Not very fresh or tasty. My wife said that she liked the oxtail. I tasted them but didn't care for the flavor. The Mac and cheese and the peas and rice were quite bland. This was a rather expensive meal for rather mediocre food.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Krave Restaurant in New Rochelle was unacceptable — especially because it was for my mother’s 70 birthday.
We made a reservation ahead of time for 10, first, they told us we had to decrease our guest list because they didn’t documented our reservation for 10, and they only have space for 8 people, ok so we did. We had 15-minute grace period. We arrived only about 10-15 minutes after the reservation time, well within that window. However, when we got there the host was extremely rude and immediately told us that because we were “late,” they no longer had food available for us. This made no sense, since we were still within the grace period and had a confirmed reservation.
Instead of helping or trying to accommodate us, we were treated disrespectfully and left standing at the door with our balloon and birthday cakes for about an hour and a half with no real communication. The host did not even come back to us After she told us she will try to figure something out. Eventually we were told by someone else that the kitchen had run out of food completely and they would not be able to serve us at all. We were given a suggestion to pay $25 to come in for mimosa drinks only with my 70-year-old mother who doesn’t drink.
Because of their poor planning and lack of professionalism, we had to leave and rush to find another restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday. What should have been a happy family event turned stressful and embarrassing.
A reservation should mean something, and customers should be treated with basic respect — especially when celebrating an important occasion. Between the disorganized service, rude host, and the fact that the restaurant ran out of food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend Krave Restaurant for any event or celebration.
