  Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The crew member was RUDE! She threw my change on the counter after rolling her eyes at me, then she made my coffee and walked it to the opposite side of the store where the Uber orders are picked up and placed my coffee there. All this and did not say 2 words to me. I will NEVER go back to this location and I reported the incident to cooperate office as well. If I could send this with 0 stars I would😡.

  This was the worse experience I’ve ever had working at Dunkin’ Donuts . Stopped in today to get a sandwich and honestly , i wish I didn’t . Ordered a maple bacon sandwich was met with the nastiest attitude by the cook! It was as if i was Bothering her by ordering a meal . The picture showed white cheese , saw her adding yellow cheese , asked her not to , she got upset and threw the baking pan down! Very nasty nasty nasty attitude . Very unprofessional . As alone who frequently visits Dunkin Donuts , this was it for me and totally a turn off

  Bad customer service for the day I was there. There was a long line. I understand that the employees were busy handling orders, but I think just telling customers on the line how long we will have to wait until they can serve us would be nice. It only takes 15 seconds to do that. Someone behind me left because it took so long. I waited 15 mins plus before deciding to leave I just wanted a piece of donut, which could easily be handled if the employee asked.
