  The beef selection is minimal. While it's ok for packaged items, I will go elsewhere for meat.

  This visit was really disappointing. Before buying a product imported from Peru, I specifically asked what the return policy was. The lease said 7 days, so I assumed that, like at most supermarkets, I could return it if I didn’t like it after opening or trying it once. When I went back shortly after purchasing—without even leaving the neighborhood—the manager told me I couldn’t return it and said, “Why would you buy something if you don’t know what it is?” That comment was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a manager, you’re supposed to show leadership and respect—not belittle a customer who was trying to give your store’s more culturally diverse offerings a fair chance. It’s especially disappointing to hear something so dismissive and culturally insensitive in a market that thrives on community and inclusivity. If the owner would like to reach out to me directly to discuss this experience, please provide an email address in response to this review. Otherwise, I’ll take my business elsewhere and stick to Instacart—at least there, customer service takes accountability seriously.

  I have been going to this C town in New Rochelle all my life. I have given them multiple chances because of how convenient the location is (besides the parking). I once bought 2 year expired seltzers !! Tonight I experienced rude and disrespectful cashiers, specifically one named Shirley. I will not be returning to this location. I’d rather goto stop&shop which is further from now on.
