The problem is that they NEVER have anyone stationed in the area to resolve the myriad of things that require human intervention, like approving an alcohol sale, or dealing with a scan code that isn't in the system. The lights flash but no one is around to pay attention and fix it. This is a simple thing that management should be able to figure out but clearly hasn't.

It was no later than three o'clock they told me to get a pre made sandwich which the bread was soggy and for it to be wet it was dry no mayo or nothing

In the past year I started using their delivery service. For the most part I haven’t been dissatisfied until someone in the store bought groceries on my account. I had to replace my credit card. Very disappointing!!!
