I immediately informed the employee — not to complain or request a refund, but to make them aware so they could check and clean their machines for future customers. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the worker brushed it off and said the tape probably came “from the wall,” which made no sense and came across as dismissive. I truly hope management takes cleanliness and food safety more seriously here, because this experience was unacceptable- especially compared to the consistently excellent service at the White Plains location.
