  Extremely dysfunctional. Forgot half of my order. Complete disregard to customer service and is unreasonable, especially with preorder. I understand they are new but as a fast food place, need to figure it out. Order like 4 hrs in advance da.

  When I heard we were getting a toco well in new paltz I was hyped. I kept going to the one in Kingston. I go to the new paltz one and The man at the register doesn’t call out food. Looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I understand if he’s new that’s fine but the wait for the food is crazy. I waited 45 minutes to get my tocos. And they didn’t even get my order right. I even paid extra for toppings which they didn’t include. I’m tired of having to go back inside to have them fix something they should have read correctly the first time. I’ve been a member of food service and I get good days bad days or being busy. But this this is careless and happened multiple times

  It’s a Taco Bell in New Paltz so I’m grateful that this is finally a thing, but they’ve gotten my order entirely wrong every single time I’ve gone. I’m not really that mad, just very confused. This specific order was supposed to be two burritos and fries. They gave me the fries, the right beverage, but then I got a taco and a quesadilla. Last time they gave me two of everything and forgot the fries (still only paid for one of everything).

  This is by far the worst experience I have ever had any restaurant ever in my entire life. Despite waiting in line for the drive through for forty five minutes, when I finally ordered my food the service member was extremely rude and told me I could not order because they were only accepting mobile orders. There was no signs or anything indicating that was the case. He went on to say hes too busy with the mobile orders to make me any food and it was too close to closing time even though they close at midnight and it was 11:15. He acted like it was a big disturbance for him that I had the audacity to order food I just waited 45 minutes in line for. Some nerve on this guy, hes in for a reality check soon.

  I waited 30 mins on the drive thru. Checked my food it was completely wrong, probably someone else’s order. I tapped on the window because the main lobby area was closed. Told them my order was wrong and they told me to get back on the drive thru line and they can either refund or change it out. But the line was longer then when I came it and it would have been an hour wait. They refused to give me a refund or change out our order unless we waited on their drive thru again.
