  Attentive and courteous service, very good clean food, quesadilla and sliders were outstanding. Grape beer selection. Thanks atmosphere with good warm lighting

  Ordered online. Showed up and they closed early with a sign ob the door. I was standing out in the cold tried to call no answer. Knocked on the window to get staff insides attention. Horrible customer service instead of calling and notifying the customer the staff reported they cancelled the order and did a refund but did not notify me the customer with enough time to order food anywhere else before other businesses have closed for the night.

  I’m new to the area and have been here three times so far — and it’s been 3 for 3 wins. My first visit was a random stop for a quick coffee and I ordered the Mocha… absolutely delicious. Second visit was lunch with my brother-in-law and I went with the breakfast tacos — easily the best choice I made that month. Today I ordered online for lunch pickup and tried the Benny Boi, which was another hit. The first two times I came in, it was slow and quiet, which I personally loved. Today at noon, the place was packed and buzzing — there was even a wait list. You could tell the staff were moving nonstop, but they still stayed composed, friendly, and efficient. Shoutout to the whole crew. I didn’t catch the names of the women working the bar, but they were hustling and still providing excellent service. The cooks in the back deserve credit too — I haven’t met them, but the food speaks for itself. I rarely leave Google reviews (this is only my second), and that’s because when I do, it’s for places that truly deserve recognition. Underground Coffee & Ales has earned it. Highly recommend.
