I ordered a crispy chicken burrito which has been promoted extensively on their commercials and at their restaurants. I did like that they took the time to crisp up the tortilla on the outside. However when it took my first bite, there were parts of the burrito that were lukewarm and others were completely cold. Also the breading on the chicken made me feel like I was chewing salty gravel. I couldn’t finish the burrito and threw out about half of it. This Taco Bell has an AI ordering system that takes longer than a regular human and asks you if you want to add extra money to a charity. From my perspective, I just want my order to be fast and accurate. Please don’t ask me to donate to a charity, even though you are probably getting paid by said charity. I will not go back to this Taco Bell in the future as the food quality is so far below what I expect and I despise their AI ordering system at the drive thru. I miss the way Taco Bell used to be from 1995 to 2005. It is a shell of what it used to be.
