  Service is terrible. The disappointment was real. Bartenders are miserable, waited at the bar waiting for a drink for 15 minutes the female bartender directly in front of me ignoring me at all cost. Walked access the bar to another bartender who after me asking for a drink he says sure and slides under the opening to the kitchen and disappears. Went to the table and ordered a glass of wine only to have it served in a dirty glass. The lighting is dim and you can’t see what you’re eating. Never again.

  Had the pleasure of enjoying a nice party at Kpacho on Sunday. Could not express more how amazing the staff was from entry to exit. From the atmosphere to the service to the food was outstanding. Would like to give a special shot out to the Bartending Sebastian for me he made the experience from a 10/10 to a 100/10. Will definitely be back soon

  Been coming here for over 10 years and this will probably be the last... they seem to be understaffed and the service is incredibly slow. Took over an hour to get our food for 3 people. Brother had to get up and find the server to pay the bill bc we were tired of waiting.

  Me and my fiancé have had the pleasure of Enjoying KPacho multiple times dining out as a couple dining out with family and even having our own event here. The chicken nachos are amazing, The drinks are extremely strong and the servings will leave you full for days! All the staff was extremely kind to us. The music is great And the vibes are perfect. Also, when you’re done with your meal you get a puff of cotton candy in a tequila bottle! Me and my fiancé just had our engagement party there on Sunday. Billy Coordinated everything perfect perfectly for us as we’ve been planning this for months. His kindness and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Everything was customized to our wants and needs. His communication was amazing and even when our DJ canceled the day before, He got us someone perfect, and basically saved our party from disaster. Our family and friends are raving about their experience here! I have no complaints, Every time I come here, I leave happy and full!

  The food is pretty good. The atmosphere and the music being played was really dope. The service could have been a little bit better. It was a little cold inside but that got fixed after sometime. Take a little longer than expected overall pretty good experience.
