- AQAbdul QadirJun 17, 20251.0I visited this Baskin-Robbins location recently for a simple ice cream order, but the experience was disappointing. Normally, you place your order at the ice cream counter, and the employee brings it over to the register to ring it up. However, the employee (lady) refused to take my order at the ice cream counter and instead told me to come to the register, pay first, and then she would serve me. It felt like I was being treated differently, and I couldn’t help but feel that it may have been because of my ethnicity. Whether that was the case or not, the interaction left me uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result, I chose not to buy anything and just left. I hope the management thinks differently and if they are not racist, they must addresses this kind of behavior and ensures all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
