  Honestly maybe these workers are overworked bc they had no customer service skills.. 1. Straight up no hi hello, it’s what do you want 2. I don’t come here often so I’m asking questions and she looks annoyed.. then I asked the guy a question and he fully ignored me and slammed the cover on the food.. I just wanted some cheese :/ even the customer in front of me saw and had a reaction 3. My boyfriend got a quesadilla but we didn’t know if it came with sides. The server grabbed the quesadilla aggressively from the lady who handed it to him and didn’t help my bf at all when asked what sides we could get.

  Went to this location tonight and got a burrito and a bowl for my wife. Normally I never have an issue with this location but tonight it was louder than usual and the staff behind the counter completely disrespectful. One of the employees was complaining about more people coming in then a group of guys got online and they were chatting with the staff while we were trying to order and then had to wait an extra 7 minutes just to get a side of guacamole put into our bag. I've worked customer service before and I can tell you I would never treat a customer like that in the workplace

  The rice was so raw it's forming a union to protest the cooking times. The Table placement are a part of the restaurant's taste as in "taste the frustration " i hate complaining under a review = I'm about to complain so hard. Enjoy!

  One of my more favorite chipotles. But theres this one worker that skimps like crazy on chicken. Today i got 66g of chicken out of the total 110g advertised per serving size. I didnt pay a whole lot of attention until i got home and realized there was almost no visible meat. Be careful when you get food here and watch your scoops, get what you pay for or don't pay for what you get. The guy before me got an insane amount of meat, not sure what these preferential scoops are about but will not be coming back. Contacted chipotle service for this issue and they didnt care. Remember, you dont need to pay for the bowl if the scoops suck! There are other chiptoles you can go to as well Normally pretty good. But every once in a while you get some incompetent cheap worker scooping like it comes out of their paycheck
