    Bagel was perfect. Foods usually pretty decent. My parfait had a brown watery substance from the strawberries. I don’t believe this was made this morning.

    Decent food, we got the $5 pick two, sandwich and soup combo. It was on the small side but that's what you get for Less money. The Caprese sandwich was flavorful but mushy and the onion soup was good.

    This is one of the only fast casual chains I really like. Panera’s are all over the country and their menu tries hard to tilt towards healthy. I’ve been going to this specific location since it opened - many, many times. There was a period of like 2 years where I basically had a mango smoothie (still so good) every other day. Everything is always clean and it has excellent public restrooms if you’re looking for some place to stop in New Hartford. Lots of comfortable seating and you can sit as long as you want. There’s also outdoor seating in the summer. Due to how accessible the chain is I consider Panera a good option for sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and of course the infamous broccoli chedder soup (just try it). However, I continue to be disappointed that they stopped making their bread fresh in-house daily.
