- KFkiaira florian2 days ago1.0waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, finally decided to go inside to pick up my mobile order. there was a customer complaining that they were waiting 30 minutes for a frappe. employees were severely disorganized. after waiting inside for another 15 minutes i finally got my food and when i bit into it, it was severely undercooked, almost raw.

How hard is it to make a simple thing. And the pandering to the drive thru needs to stop. Those lazy people can't even go inside and thet get treated like royalty.

Got to our destination 10 minutes away only to open up the bag to a giant pile of butter. No syrup. Nothing is worse than pancakes with no syrup. Love you McDonald’s, but do better.

What I got was a bacon egg and cheese WITH HAIR ON IT. I called calm and asked if I could swing in for a refund. I don’t really want to eat there. The woman said No refund…..I said surely you can refund, she said no just a remake. What a joke. At least an office got to get grossed out and then just as appalled it couldn’t be refunded.
