I came out of the bathroom and she says "he screwed up your order". So I wait since more until he hands me a smoothie that had smoothie running down the side and didn't bother to wipe it.

The HUMMUS VEGGIE was not made how I ordered, it was full of ranch sauce and quite a mess. The quesadilla was off as well, buffalo sauce in the quesadillas instead of the salsa on the side. The service has been less than par lately. Really went down hill the last few visits. I waited at least 20 mins for an online pickup & over hearing a worker say “ I definitely messed this online order up, hope they don’t notice…” left our entire order, including smoothies, on the back counter & proceeded to go take their break. I was standing right there!!

The $10 turkey back ranch sandwich only came with 2 pieces of off smelling turkey. They have always been awful with service, the building itself despite being new has always been trashed when I go in. The smoothies aren't even blended properly. Not to mention their rewards program is an absolute joke.
