  I paid $7.38 for a chicken quesadilla! I could have ordered a Fan Meal from McDonald’s for $5.44! This was very disappointing and I will not order this item again or from this location. You should be embarrassed serving this as a $7.00 item! Definitely need some quality control measures. With all the competition out there, do better!

  everytime ive went to this taco bell its always a disaster, they always mess up my food: i ordered two burritos at the drive thru and only got one that was made incorrectly, so i went in and asked them to remake it then they only gave me one again and i said there was two and one of the workes was yelling at the one who was helping me and told him that i only paid for one so i need to pay for the second so i came back in woth my receipt and she was extremely rude to me and the guy who made my food practically threw it on counter, everyone who works there is miserable and was yelling and cussing at eachother the whole time while i was waiting. i will not be returning to this location.

  The staff at Taco Bell New Hartford NY is outstanding, specifically AJ, Ty, and Colby. It was incredibly busy late on a Friday night, and they were very friendly at the drive through speaker and window. There was a slight mixup between my order and someone else’s and they handled the situation so quickly and so kindly. The food was well prepared, fresh, and delicious. These people are real deal leaders trying to make the best experience for customers. I’ve never had such a great customer service experience at another fast food restaurant. Thank you!!!

  Food is generally decent and correct, maybe a mistake or two here and there. Some of the workers are rude, seems like they dont want to work there. You could stand at the counter for 20 mins waiting to place an order and they just occasionally look at you and just let you stand there. Last time my buddy and I ordered online for pickup and the doors were locked, one of the workers was sitting on her phone outside and said the wifi was down and we had to go to the drive thru. We'll I already spend money for nothing, didnt want to spend double the money and wait 25 mins for food so we just back to work with no food. And of course it will take a week to get a refund, you'd think if the wifi was down then the order wouldn't go through but whatever I guess. Probably won't be back to this location to many times have I gone hungry cause the service sucks.

  Kinda bad that hours don’t reflect what really goes on. Who closes the lobby at 8pm on a Sunday? If the lobby hours are different from the drive thru then it should be posted
