  The chicken broth is AMAZING! BUT... So, the wife and I went to Pho Vietnam for the first time, and to be honest, it wasn't the best experience I've had from one of the non-franchised restaurants in the area. The issues were the delivery of the food to the table. Apps came out at different times, and my meal came several minutes before my wife's. Mine was definitely not hot, and it was clear it had been sitting for a little while. I had the dry noodles that comes with a small bowl of broth on the side...and the broth was flavorless and barely room temperature. The rest of my dish was ok, not cold, but certainly not the temp it should have been... it would probably have been better served hot. It also seemed to be lacking ingredients noted in the menu description, but I could be wrong about that... Many minutes later my wife's "build your own bowl" pho came to the table piping hot. I tried hers and the broth was just amazing! Compared to the chicken broth served with my meal, mine tasted like room temp water by comparison. If you're going to bring 2 entrees out 8 minutes apart, they should both at least should be hot. The place was 30% full, and we were a party of 2, so I'm not sure why the delay. I don't ever mind waiting for freshly prepared food...when bringing my meal, he said to my wife, "yours will be right out, were just waiting on the broth"...lol... so it's clear that I got the last little bit of flavorless broth from one batch, and my wife got the fresh, hot, next batch. But that broth was so good, we'll try again... it was that good... it just needs to be fresh and hot...

  This place was beautiful. I was so fat and nasty and terribly sick this was the only place open that could satiate my hunger and cure my seasonal illness. I will be coming back. ❤️

  Pho has been a go to for my family and I for years. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are always high. Everything we have had is delicious! The environment is welcoming and inviting and the staff is always beyond friendly! The owners of this restaurant take so much pride in the food they serve and the service they provide! I highly recommend making this restaurant one of your favs too! You will not be disappointed! Quality, authentic, fresh, friendly, clean, exceptional, all describe this restaurant! I could keep going but you get the hint! Also, you can easily order online using their user friendly website, complete with pictures and amazing descriptions!

  Me and my family have been going here since they were in the big apple plaza. The food has always been great & everything on time and hot. This weekend we decided to dine in and the service was horrible. We had asked for 2 appetizers and only ever received 1. The Ramen I had ordered came out lukewarm instead of hot. I also never received my noodles. We had another guest join us 25-30 mins after and she asked for water and never received it. I understand it may be busy, but they not only asked once but twice & yet both times never received their water. The food was A+ and the atmosphere was amazing, i just feel like the service has gone a bit down since they’ve moved spots.
