  Subs are delicious but at $17 to $20 for a full size sub will prevent me from being a loyal customer and advocate.

  The staff was great! I believe their names were Rob (or Bob) Manny, and I believe Ian. They made my day.

  Ordered a delivery order an hour and a half ago. No phone call to inform there is no driver available. Nothing. Just sitting here waiting with a hungry 2 year old. I will never order from you people again. This is the fourth time you people have screwed up my order in some way. Never informed order was delivered and food was sat out in the hot sun for half an hour, forgotten food. I loved your subs but NEVER AGAIN. I was paying cash so thats the reason I was given that they weren't going to do anything. Literally could've been a phone call informing me that it would need to be pick up.

  We are from out of country and were having a difficult time finding a place that had their own delivery drivers and that we didn't have to order on line: on line, none will take our credit card because it doesn't recognize a postal code with letters, not just a zip code. The staff were fantastic and very patient with us: a staff member even brought it to our hotel for us. We do wish we had of known about the size difference between countries, my goodness, we basically got almost 4 subs. We had a BLT and a club with some of the free extras on it; pickles were fantastic too!
