    Sat only one inline 8 minutes 6 people working 2 cars in drive thru saw 2 customers missing half the order then take mine spent my entire lunch waiting for a coffee and muffin

    Donuts okay but service sucks. The cash register is not where the donuts are displayed so I went over to the donuts. There were absolutely no customers waiting to order but a number of staff were working. They saw me come in but I stood there by the donuts for quite some time. Finally I went over to ask for help. They said I had to order at the register. I said I wanted to order my donuts so I could see what I wanted. So I went back and assumed they would come over. I waited and was totally ignored for quite some time again. I went back and was told I had to pay at the register first. I wasn’t sure how many donuts I wanted but decided I would only get a couple since the staff was being rude and unfriendly. I paid and they finally came to take my order. I will never go back there. The manager and staff were not friendly nor accommodating. I’m used to ordering my donuts and then paying. Because of my preference I was ignored until I was ready to comply with their rules. Service suck.
