- BBBel Bek5 days ago1.0Ordered 2 drinks, 2 different bagels & 4 hash browns at 1:44 through their drive-thru. They gave me the drinks & had me pull over for the food, saying it should be 5 minutes. By 1:58 I called to see if they forgot about me & noone answers. Really didn't want to go in but had no choice. I go in & the guy making the food says they couldn't find my car which is an absolute lie because I watched their doors the entire time, not 1 worker ever came out. Then he's looking for my done food which he doesn't know where it's at. Finally finds it after asking 2 other people & proceeds to tell me they didn't have 1 of the plain bagels I asked for, but noone said this to me during the order time, 20 minutes prior. So I say I'll take everything bagels & he says they used the last 1 on mine. Well, mine had both top pieces of bagels, and the bottom was burnt, didn't see that until later. By the time he made a random bagel to replace the plain, my eggs & cheese bagel & 4 hash browns have been sitting their, cold & hard, plus bagel burnt on the bottom. Worst part not even anything was offered for inconvenience. Worst experience! They need a serious management & customer service check!

It will refund on to your card.” … so in conclusion no one got back in contact with me and I spent $14 on a bitter medium coffee. Won’t go here again. I’ll just drive to new Hartford where that actually care about the quality they put out. Also I did NOT take a sip yet in that picture. That’s how it was given to me..
