    Came here not too long ago and was shocked by the state of this Mcdonald’s. Incredibly dirty and insanely old. The staff were so rude to customers and employees. One manager always threatens to get employees fired if they aren’t listening to her. Very disrespectful to these young kids who seem to not have worked any place else. Managers and employees have disgusting attitudes. Seems to be very little discipline in this workplace. Food was cold and some of my fries were still raw. Overall, place needs immediate remodeling and new managers/General Manager.

    Made a simple one item order on the app. Confirmed it was for the New City location. Showed up to pick up my order and the short older woman at the register told me they didn’t have any order in my name and refused to take my order at the counter I assume because it was almost time to close the inside at around 10:30pm. She then went on to completely ignore me. I suggest to everyone to order elsewhere at the other McDonald’s locations in the area to avoid this horrible service.

    Mangers are so unbelievably rude to their workers. I think they forget that they are also human and always make mistakes, no need tor screaming when things should be handled normally. I also think that this place is unbelievably dirty, roaches running around as well as having their workers still preform even with their roofs leaking in the kitchen. Unacceptable behavior and condition. Very sad to see their workers are treated very poorly, especially when most are children/young adults still learning.
