We went last evening Saturday night. on the 8th November 2025 we took our five grandkids to have dessert at your location. Out past experience was that they had to weigh your cup to get to The final price after the grandkids filled their cups trying to be conservative since everything tends to be very expensive these days we find out after we paid from a small, very small sign on the counter that on the weekends, they don’t weigh a cup. This is something that the employees should remind the clients that are coming in to spend their hard earned money and encourage this promotion for a maximum experience. We left feeling as if the staff was encouraging for people to not know the promotion maybe they’re being directed by the leadership of the store. I’d like to hear from someone We’re not sure if we’ll ever come back.🤦

The workers never bother to cut or prepare fresh fruit, and it feels like they don’t care about keeping the ingredients stocked at all. For a place that charges premium prices, you’d expect at least the basics like fruit to be available and ready. Really disappointing, and I’ve stopped coming because it’s always the same issue.
