The Nanuet Town Centre was buzzing today during the holidaze. A lot of shoppers milling in and out of their high end stores. I heard favourable things about this mexican restaurante. Sombrero Tocaria serves alcohol now. Sometimes you need a libation to quench your soul. I will return again. I think tacos or bowls will the next experience with a proper Sangria which was not available this afternoon.

I came in today recommending my family to try it and customer service was terrible. That lady taking orders ughhh was extremely rude and preparing the food without love just trowing our food into the bowl and super stingy. I was very unsatisfied paying a certain amount for such a small portion. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

Repeatedly put us on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time and proceeded to hang up. After hanging up and calling back, pleading with them to make it right they refused to pick up the phone. Completely unprofessional, rude and disgraceful. Will never eat here again and telling everyone we know to steer clear of this place unless they want the wrong food, to be told to fix the issue themselves and to be repeatedly disrespected despite the error being theirs.
