  had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I placed an order yesterday but wasn’t able to pick it up. When I called, I was told that I could come in the next day and they would remake the order. Based on that, I returned today with my order number, phone number, and name ready to verify everything. Instead of honoring what I was told, the staff refused to remake the order. I then spoke with a manager, John Keneth, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he became aggressive, raised his voice, and accused me of lying — which is completely unacceptable over something as simple as a food order. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just for the store to follow through on what I was told. The way this was handled lacked professionalism, basic customer service, and respect. Very disappointing experience overall.

  I had a really disturbing experience at this Chick fil A on Route 59 this past Thursday. I stopped in after work and ordered a Chick fil A sandwich, fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a strawberry hibiscus frosted lemonade. Everything seemed fine at firstI ate my food and saved the frosted lemonade for last. As I was driving away, I took a sip and felt something in my mouth that definitely wasn’t part of the drink. I pulled it out and was honestly shocked to see that it was a fingernail. It looked yellow and unhealthy, like it may have had some kind of fungus. I immediately turned around, placed the nail on the lid of the drink, and went back inside to show them. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. There was no manager available, and no one seemed to take it seriously. The only thing they offered me was a replacement drink, which at that point was the last thing I wanted. Finding something like that in a drink is completely unacceptable, and the lack of proper response or accountability made it even more frustrating. This is a serious food safety issue, and I hope this location takes it much more seriously moving forward.

  I’ve been to this place twice the first time I went, I had a bad experience; the girl who served me gave me attitude for no reason I was there this morning, I was served by Jackie she is a very kind and friendly person. It would be nice if they had more people like her working at that place

  the other day I came with my daughter. She had a mobile order and I was waiting. Almost 20 minutes on a second line. I never remember it Taking that long to get a mobile order. I used to just give my name and I’ll get the food in less than five minutes Never coming back here.

  Very weird new place the parking lot set up just seems so odd.. they have a huge amount of space on that property but I don't know if it's due to traffic restrictions or just the person who designed it doesn't really do this for a living or what, But very hard to get in and out of the parking lot and lots of strange one way only "rules" But I believe it is the only Chick-fil-A within 20 miles, So they got that going for em. Food wise it's fast food so it is what it is, definitely a solid option IMHO, But seems a little pricey. If I switch to my old man back in my day voice, I remember getting a Whopper value meal for $2.99 - when I was in college, 26 years ago.
