  Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food at Buffalo Wild Wings. No clear communication or updates from staff during the delay. This is unacceptable service and really disappointing. Management needs to improve staffing and communication with customers.

  Si viene a este restaurante prepárese a esperar para que le den mesa,y ya que le dieron mesa prepárese para esperar a que lo atiendan,nos tuvimos que salir pues nunca nos atendieron. Servicio muy malo

  Food: they clearly don’t know what dry rub is. They just serve bland wings and pour some powder over it. Service: I get better service from a plant. We brought a birthday cake and when it was time, they just brought the box back. No plates no knife, no nothing Atmosphere: Smallest booths I’ve seen in a long time. Hope y’all like sitting on top of each other.

  Some of the worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. Beyond slow. Took the entire length of an NCAA basketball halftime just to get the check. And that was only after we followed up and had to deal with the server’s attitude. Will never be back at this restaurant, which is unfortunate because I like BWW.

  Service was horrible. After getting our entrees we were unable to get the servers attention to order another round of drinks because he was busy closing down the bar. We attempted to get his attention for a good ten fifteen minutes but nothing. He didn’t check on us for a whole twenty to twenty five minutes. A friend of his came inside and the server left to go get him food. He then came back with food for himself and sat at a table next to us with his friends while my boyfriend and I waited for our to go boxes still. He then finally asked us if we needed boxes and the check a whole twenty minutes after the restaurant closed upon after he realized what time it was. Overall really horrible service and I will not be coming back.
