  Worst experience so far. The Dunkin constantly gets our orders wrong (annoying but not the worst). Today I picked up an order for someone and they did not fulfill the full order. After handing me the coffees, the clerk asked “Anything else”. I assumed that was the end of my order and thanked her. I found out later that she did not complete it. This is theft. Disgusting. I went back and asked for the email of the GM, DM or Franchisee. I was given a name and number. I called the number and a person answered with a different name then was given to me. When asked who they were “manager” was the response. I again asked for the email……I few minutes later I was provided a Gmail…….. Awful and playing games.

  I order my latte on the app all the time. They are SEEING how i want my latte made, every time i go to pick up my order, it’s always missing the toppings. I have to tell them to correct it. I had to do it tonight and had to tell him correct it TWICE. And he took it as a joke. There is nothing funny about immature kids working in a facility that can’t follow instructions. The manager here needs to hire better people that can read and most of all FOCUS. Speed is great but accuracy is what’s needed.
