Got there and it says that’s they close at 10, it was about 9:30 and the doors were locked we got in and got drinks went out and brought them to the vehicle, since the does were locked we waited at the door and somebody asked what we need, we said that we wanted our food, when my friends got in there he got yelled at about something his mom said, which she didn’t even say it rude, and she started to crash out at us because we asked why the doors close at 9:30

After the order was placed I waited 30 minutes for a 4 person order. When I asked for a manager the manager was very rude and argumentative. I watched order after order being served in the drive thru. The manager said "what do you want me to do.". My reply was assist the person in the front. Her response was "She's new and I'm making the food. If I don't make the food then no one gets it." That was not true there were people in the kitchen making food. I got the food just as we were having this so called conversation with no drinks. She said what did you order for drinks. I said I didn't get a receipt and her response was her screaming at me you don't know what you ordered. I did but she wasn't understanding there was no receipt due to the printers not working. She then offered to refund everything and I could go elsewhere. Seriously!!! After waiting 30 minutes!!! The manager was rude right from the start. I definitely will not be back until management changes.
