- SJShey jAug 23, 20251.0This was the most rude, unprofessional, and outright racist customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee refused to give me a contact number to file a complaint, refused to provide his name, and even refused to give me the name of a supervisor. On top of that, the restaurant was disgusting, flies were all over the food. This location is a complete disgrace to the Subway brand. Stay away! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with video proof, but honestly, this place needs to be shut down.
